Please read the following terms and conditions before sending your deposit or payment.  Sending payment acknowledges your agreement to the terms and conditions herein and constitutes a binding rental agreement.

  1. A deposit of 25– 50% (to be determined by the owner) is required to confirm your reservation and hold the dates.  We prefer payment by personal check drawn on a U.S. or Canadian bank.  We can accept payment through Paypal, but please add an additional 3.5% to the rental amount. 
  2. Guests must be 25 years of age to rent the apartments. No children under the age of 12.
  3. Check-in and check-out times are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  Check-in or check-out on Sundays, holidays or outside the regular times will cost an additional $35 (US).  Check-in or out from 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. is not possible unless prior arrangements are made with the owners.
  4. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment.
  5. No pets are allowed.
  6. Therenter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or unsafe behavior or disturb others with loud music or noise.
  7. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for the same time period. 
  8. No refunds for early departures.
  9. If a guest finds any item in the apartment not functioning properly, they must inform us or our manager as soon as possible.  We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
  10. Guests agree to pay for the repair or replacement of any damaged or missing property from the apartment.  If the amount exceeds the security deposit, the guest agrees to pay for the excess cost. 
  11. Guests agree to leave the apartment in the same condition as found and to return all keys.  The charge for lost keys is $50 (US).
  12. If guests are staying longer than one week, cleaning will be done weekly. Cleaning includes vacuuming, dusting, changing bed linens and towels and cleaning bathrooms.  It does NOT include washing dirty dishes.
  13. The owners strive to maintain the property in good condition and will arrange for appropriate repair or replacement as soon as possible under the prevailing conditions.  We do not warrant any refund of any rental amount for (1) break down of appliances/devices/utilities; (2) power outages; (3) adverse weather or road conditions; (4) construction in the area; or (5) accommodations not suiting the renters’ personal taste.
